What VNBOT stores

When you use VNBOT — especially when signing in via Zalo or connecting Facebook — we may store:

• Display name and email address.
• Social account IDs (Facebook User ID, Zalo User ID).
• Public profile picture.
• Chatbot conversation history.
• Organization details, products, and orders you created on the platform.

Request deletion of your account and data

Account deletion is handled by our support team so we can verify that you own the account:

1. Email support@vnbot.vn from the email address you registered with, using the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include your organization name (shown on your Profile page after you log in).
3. We reply to that address to confirm the request, then delete your account.

All personal data, conversations, and configuration will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

If you can no longer access your registration email

Email support@vnbot.vn from any address with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• The email address used to register your account.
• Your Facebook or Zalo ID (if used to sign in).

We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation when complete.

Data that cannot be deleted immediately

Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., payment transaction records per tax regulations). In such cases, we will notify you clearly and retain only the minimum necessary information.
