What VNBOT stores

When you use VNBOT — especially when signing in via Zalo or connecting Facebook — we may store:

  • Display name and email address.
  • Social account IDs (Facebook User ID, Zalo User ID).
  • Public profile picture.
  • Chatbot conversation history.
  • Organization details, products, and orders you created on the platform.

Self-deletion via Dashboard

You can delete all your data directly from the dashboard:

  1. Log in to vnbot.vn.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Select “Delete account” and confirm.

All personal data, conversations, and configuration will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, send an email to support@vnbot.vn with the subject “Data Deletion Request” including:

  • The email address used to register your account.
  • Your Facebook or Zalo ID (if used to sign in).

We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation when complete.

Users who signed in via Facebook

If you used Facebook Login to access VNBOT, you can revoke app access directly from Facebook:

  1. Facebook App Settings
  2. Find VNBOT in the list of connected apps.
  3. Click Remove to revoke access.

Revoking Facebook access disconnects your account but does not delete VNBOT data. To delete completely, follow the steps above or contact support@vnbot.vn.

Data that cannot be deleted immediately

Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., payment transaction records per tax regulations). In such cases, we will notify you clearly and retain only the minimum necessary information.
