Connect Zalo OA

Connect your Zalo Official Account with VNBOT so your chatbot automatically serves customers on Zalo.

Open Channels

From the Dashboard, select "Channels" (Pages) in the left navigation bar.

Add a Zalo OA channel

Click "Connect channel" in the top-right corner, then choose "Connect Zalo OA" from the platform list.

Log in to the Zalo account managing the OA

The browser opens the Zalo authentication portal. Log in with the Zalo account that manages your Official Account.

Your Zalo OA must be approved by Zalo. OAs pending review or rejected will not appear in the list.

Select your Official Account and confirm

Zalo shows a list of OAs you manage. Select the OA you want to connect to VNBOT, then click "Agree" to grant permissions.

Confirm the connection

The browser automatically returns to your Dashboard. A confirmation notification appears and the new OA shows up in your Channels list.

Test the chatbot

Send a test message to the Zalo OA you just connected. VNBOT will respond automatically.
