Manage Orders

View revenue overview, create orders manually and track the full order lifecycle from creation to delivery.

Open Orders

From the Dashboard sidebar, select "Orders". Four KPI cards appear immediately: total orders, pending, shipping and revenue.

Search and filter orders

Use the search box to look up by order code, customer name or phone number. Click the status filter buttons to view by group: All, Pending, Confirmed, Shipping, Delivered or Cancelled.

View order details

Click any order row to open the detail panel on the right. The panel shows customer information, product list, payment summary and status history.

Create an order manually

Click "Create Order". In the order form, search the catalogue or enter products manually, fill in customer information (name, phone, address), choose a payment method, then click "Create".

Advance order status

In the detail panel, click "Confirm", "Ship" or "Complete" step by step. Each action requires confirmation before proceeding.

Orders with status "Completed" or "Cancelled" cannot be reversed.
