Initial Setup

Create your VNBOT account and log into the management Dashboard in minutes.

Go to the sign-up page

Open your browser and navigate to vnbot.vn. Click "Sign Up" in the top-right corner to start creating your account.

Enter your email and get a verification code

Enter your email address and click "Send verification code". VNBOT immediately emails you a 6-digit code.

Can't find the email? Check your Spam or Junk folder. Emails are sent from noreply@vnbot.vn.

Enter the verification code

Open the "VNBOT verification code" email, type the 6-digit code into the sign-up page and click "Confirm". Each code works once and expires after 10 minutes; if it expires, click "Resend code".

Finish your details and open the Dashboard

Enter your full name and choose a password (at least 8 characters), then click "Complete registration". You are signed in automatically and taken to the Dashboard.

Connect your first channel

Your account is ready. The next step is to connect a Facebook Page or Zalo OA so your chatbot can start receiving and responding to customer messages.
