Create roles with custom permission sets, invite staff members and assign roles to each person.

Create a role
Go to "Roles" in the sidebar, click "Create Role". Enter a name and role code, choose the scope, check the desired permissions (view, edit, delete per screen), then click "Save".
Organization scope applies across the entire Dashboard. Per-channel scope only takes effect on the specific channels assigned when the role is applied to a staff member.

Invite staff
Go to "Staff" in the sidebar, click "Invite Staff". Enter the name and email address, then click "Send Invitation". The staff member receives an email with a join code to enter the team.

Assign roles to staff
In the staff list, click the permissions icon on the relevant row, select the role to assign, then click "Save".

Manage account status
Click the toggle on a staff row to temporarily deactivate the account without deleting it. Click again to reactivate at any time.
