Configure the AI token alert threshold to receive timely notifications before you run out of usage.

Open Settings
From the Dashboard sidebar, select "Settings".

Find the Notifications card
Scroll down to the "Notifications" card (bell icon).

Choose an alert threshold
Drag the slider or click one of the quick-set buttons (10%, 20%, 30%, 50%) to choose the token percentage at which you want to be alerted.
A 10–20% threshold works well for steady message volume. If your business has sudden traffic spikes, set a higher threshold (30–50%) so you have enough time to top up tokens.

Save settings
Click "Save Settings". The system sends in-app and email notifications when your AI tokens drop below the threshold you set.
